General
You are cordially invited to participate in the 2025 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and North American Radio Science Meeting (IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025), from 13-18 July 2023, at the Shaw Convention Center and The Westin, Ottawa, in our Nation's Capital, Ottawa, Canada.
The IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025 Symposium is:
organized by the Canadian National Committee of the International Union of Radio Science (CNC-URSI), and,
co-sponsored by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (IEEE AP-S) and the US National Committee for the International Union of Radio Science (USNC-URSI).
The Symposium provides an international forum for the exchange of information on state-of-the-art research on antennas, propagation, electromagnetic engineering, and radio science. The Symposium Digest will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.
The Symposium will include a wide range of technical sessions, special sessions, student paper and design competitions, short courses, tutorials, professional meetings, committee meetings, tours, and networking events.
The Symposium will also include both a trade show and plenary sessions that will be open to the local technical community.
Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit contributions for review and possible presentation at the symposium on topics of interest to IEEE AP-S and URSI. Suggested topics and general information will be listed on the symposium website.
AP-S submissions must be in standard IEEE two-column format and must be two pages in length.
URSI submissions may be in either a one-page, one-column format with a minimum length of 250 words, or in the IEEE two-page, two-column format with a length of two pages.
In all cases, only accepted and presented submissions that are in the IEEE two-page two-column format and substantially fill the two pages will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore if the author chooses submission to Xplore.
All accepted and presented submissions will appear in the proceedings distributed at the conference.
The presenting author will be required to register for the conference by the due date (to be announced) in order for their paper to be included in the conference.
Detailed instructions, including formats and templates, will be available on the conference website in mid 2024.
Every effort will be made to complete the review process by 15 March 2025, so attendees have enough time to apply for visas if required.
Patrons and Exhibitors
IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025 is expected to attract over 1,600 attendees from more than 30 countries. For industry, government, and academia, this represents a rare opportunity to connect with researchers and research managers from industry, government, and academic labs, and to meet and recruit the next generation of engineers and researchers.
A trade show open to both symposium attendees and the local technical community will be conducted during the symposium. Standard 10'x10' exhibit booths will be available to industry and government organizations, while table tops will be made available to universities.
Patronage opportunities are available at the bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond levels.
Promotional opportunities associated with various symposium events are also available.
A full prospectus for exhibitors and patrons will be available for download from this site in late 2023.
